What happens to your data here

Who is responsible

The site and its forms are run by İlkem Kayıcan Dipçin. The data controller is inspairelab bv, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 98437720. Being established in the Netherlands, the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies. Visitors from Türkiye also hold the rights given by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

What I collect

Two kinds: what you write to me, and what is generated automatically when you visit.

When you write: the contact form takes your name, email address, company, team size, what you are interested in and your message. The webinar registration and testimonial forms take whatever those forms ask for.

If you fill in a form inside a Google ad: whatever that form asks for, usually your name, email address and company. Google hosts these forms and may fill some fields in from your Google account. You see every field before sending and can change any of them; what you send reaches me through Google.

Automatically: which pages were viewed, how long the visit lasted, where you arrived from, your browser and device type, and country-level location. This is statistical and does not identify you by name.

Why I collect it

Each kind has its own reason and its own legal basis.

• If you sent a form: so I can reply. The basis is steps taken at your request before any agreement.
• Visit statistics: so I can see which pages get read and fix the ones that do not. The basis is legitimate interest.
• Ad measurement: so I can tell whether a LinkedIn or Google campaign is working. The basis is your consent, and nothing else.

Being straight about cookies

The analytics cookie runs from the moment you arrive; it does not wait for your answer. That is a deliberate choice: without knowing which pages get read I cannot improve the site, and the measurement does not identify you as a person.

Advertising cookies work the other way round. The LinkedIn measurement tag does not load at all until you press Accept, and Google’s advertising cookies stay off as well. If you decline, the advertising cookies stay off and the analytics stops too. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again on every visit.

If you change your mind, clearing this site’s data in your browser brings the bar back.

How long I keep it

Messages sent through a form are kept while we are corresponding and for a reasonable period after. If nothing came of it and I do not hear back, I delete them.

Visit statistics are held by Google Analytics without identifying you, and only for a limited period.

Details sent through a form inside a Google ad are held in Google Ads for at most 60 days. Once they reach me, they are kept like any other form message.

If you ask me to delete your data, I do not wait for any retention period to run out.

Your rights

You may ask what data I hold about you, receive a copy, have it corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to it being processed, and withdraw consent whenever you like. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out.

There is no form to fill in for any of this. An email is enough.

If this text changes

When the site changes what it collects or which services it uses, this page changes too. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.

Who else receives your data

The site runs on a handful of outside services. The table below says which one does what. Some sit outside the European Union; those transfers rest on safeguards such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
